For one of our local clients, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on and energetic Account Manager to reinforce the existing team. As part of the account team, you will be able to work on a broad range of campaigns with a focus on social and digital, but also other media and communication projects. Strong client relationships, a teamwork attitude and the ability to work and manage a workflow independently are key.



  • You are part of an account team and coached by an Account Director.
  • You lead various social, digital and offline projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning. You are responsible for the daily management, coordination, implementation and execution. And you help your team successfully deliver theirs.
  • You get things done. You get the right people around the table (or in the call) thanks to your thorough working knowledge of all agency systems.
  • You have strong communication & presentation skills that allow you to inspire and sell, both internally within the agency and externally with clients.
  • You ensure that the strategic/creative/traffic/production/internal and external media team know their role and are aligned throughout the projects, to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines.
  • You are responsible for finding solutions and overcoming any difficulties during your projects while keeping your Account Director informed throughout.
  • You build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
  • You are interested and have a thorough understanding of your client’s business
  • You have an understanding of the financial situation of your clients. You make budgets, defend and respect them.
  • You keep a clear overview of all income, costs and expenses. Your nose for business helps you to find new opportunities.




  • 4-8 years of experience within an advertising agency with at least 2 years as an Account Manager (or similar in another communication function).
  • Excellent French (speaking and writing), master of Dutch and English.
  • Expertise in both social & digital and offline communication channels
  • Organized, skilful project management. Details are as important as the bigger picture.
  • Positive, proactive, critical thinker, anticipating can-do mentality.
  • Curious and keen to grow and learn.
  • A team player. Someone who is “we”, not “me” oriented with a good sense of humor and able to put things into perspective.
