Purpose Of The Role
The Digital Project Manager is the main point of contact between the client and the agency team. This role involves managing and taking accountability for all the digital outputs for our client, managing the success of their integrated digital campaigns from end to end, ensuring effective delivery, and managing their advertising budget and timelines.

You’ll take ownership over strategic outputs within services in Creative, SEA/ SEO, Paid Media and Analytics.

You love to coordinate multiple tasks from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning in an excellent way. You are responsible for overcoming any difficulties and finding solutions during the project while keeping your Business Lead informed throughout.

And last but not least you are able to build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency to bring great ideas and creative work to life.


  • Responsible for all requirements and deliverables on the account.
  • Attendance and steering all relevant internal and external meetings (including 3rd party partners, suppliers and client), i.e. new briefs, creative briefs, debriefs, reviews, creative pit stops, presentations, key status sessions and liaison with key client staff.
  • Ensuring that all staff in all departments are updated regularly on all aspects to the business.
  • Scheduling and tracking of resources and resource time on a specific job/ project.
  • Co-ordination and delivery of major presentations.
  • You will coordinate various digital from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
  • You will ensure that the creative team/ resource planner/media are aligned throughout a project, to meet deadlines and coordinate workflow.
  • You manage the agency’s billing system and are responsible for invoicing, and issuing PO’s, etc.
  • You have an understanding of the financial forecast/ overview.
  • You have a thorough working knowledge of all agency systems: plan briefings, reviews, follow planning procedures, etc.
  • You are ultimately responsible for ensuring work is produced efficiently, on time, and within budgets.


  • Tertiary qualification in either Marketing, Communication or Advertising
  • 5-10 years experience in account/ project management within a digital advertising agency
  • Must hold a full working knowledge of project management and be able to actively manage key accounts. Must hold a wide scope of understanding of digital marketing, web, mobile and social disciplines
  • Must have good leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organisational/project management skills
