Your role as an HR Manager will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment, negotiating and administration, offering on boarding, crafting the employee journey, administering leaves, applying HR policies etc. You will secure that all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You build relationships with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Manager and employees in order to gain their credibility. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. Next to that you will be part of the EMEA HR-Community and stay in tune with their initiatives etc.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole and to their individuals.
