Therefore, we are looking for a talented Dutch speaking Account Director who can lead the work of our interesting mix of both local and international clients. You will be working in close cooperation with a Business Leader and manage an enthusiastic team of Account Managers and Executives.

• The senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
• Responsible for the smooth running of the account -operationally, creatively, financially – and is answerable on these points to the clients and to the Business Leader and CEO
• You have an understanding of the financial forecast/overview of your clients
• You build the respect, loyal commitment and performance of your team members
• Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal as well as in writing
• 5 to 10 years of experience with deep expertise in digital & direct marketing including activations, broad experience in ATL and adaptations of global campaigns
• Skillful project management – expert at defining the scope of a project, delivering on time and on budget
• Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
• Proven experience in managing team members
• Enthusiastic and curious team player
• Good communicator
• Hands-on, flexible and open to work in an agile environment
• You master a range of presentation techniques to inspire the client and sell creative work
