Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Designer to work with a dedicated team within one of Hogarth’s global clients; KraftHeinz. This dynamic team is looking for someone who will thrive on the challenge of working on-site for well known, exciting global brands and who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. This individual will need to be comfortable to work directly within the client’s offices and being client facing on a daily basis 

 

Your role as a Designer will be to support in the design and output of creative for some of KraftHeinz’s most beloved household brands: Heinz, Orlando, Benedicta, KC, and Honig, among others. Your work will cross borders across several countries, including France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany, and will span a variety of digital and physical touchpoints, including web banners, social posts, and POS materials.  

Responsibilities

  • Working with our in-house Art Director, Content Strategist, and Community Managers to create best in class digital, social, and POS creative 
  • Taking and responding to briefs from the Content Strategist, Community Managers, and Internal clients 
  • Work with the Art Director’s shopper marketing concepts and translate them into beautifully executed POS print pieces 
  • Develop the social creative across both static design and motion graphics, in alignment with the content calendar with the support of the Art Director 
  • Creation, adaptation, and localization of creative assets for web and e-comm use 
  • Produce creative artwork of quality and volume, showing flair for design and creativity  
  • Contribute to team meetings and other touchpoints 
  • Deliver a consistent quality of work that is on brand within the agreed timeframes 
  • Alert internal stakeholders as issues arise and work to resolve issues 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience 
  • Experience of working in studios / Creative teams within industry 
  • Proven experience in digital design, motion graphics, and social content creation/production 
  • Knowledge of best practices across various digital and social channels 
  • Possesses advanced Mac and program skills including key Creative Suite programs and After Effects 
  • Competent in of Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Demonstrable experience of developing relationships and interacting with clients 
  • Confident in formation and delivery of presentations to Clients 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong interest in and an eye for typography and design application 
  • Ability to multi-task and work underpressure  
  • A ’can do’ attitude and calmness under pressure 
  • Ability to work and investigate briefs on your own 
  • A passion for food 
  • Experience working in FMCG would be beneficial
